Subgrade stabilization, base courses, road concrete

Coal combustion products (CCP) offered by Renevis find their wide applications in production of mixtures for road construction. They are produced on base of cements, aggregates and mixture of fly ash and slag and destined to be used in production of:

• road concretes (trade mark: lean ash concrete)
• subgrade stabilizations (trade mark: eco-stabilization)
• base courses, road concrete (trade mark: eco-base course).

We have the necessary experience in developing recipes of mixtures with addition of hard coal CCP (codes of wastes according to the Waste Catalogue: 10 01 01, 10 01 02, 10 01 80). Many of them have been prepared on basis of the studies carried out by:

• Road and Bridge Research Institute: "Tests of application possibilities of bottom ash from Heat and Power Plant in Wrocław for road construction"
• Technical High School in Wrocław: "Tests and estimation of application possibilities of ashes from Heat and Power Plant in Wrocław in road construction".

Ash-slag-cement and as ash-slag-aggregate-cement mixtures are used for ground stabilization as well as for basic and subsidiary sub base layers. They are built in roads, parking places, squares, industrial halls, objects of public utility, etc.
