Having around ok. 3 mln m3 of spare material on the disposal that can be applied for production of silicious aggregate, significant production capacity, suitable logistic potential and experienced human resources, VKN Polska is ready to take up cooperation in the field of embankments construction in projects with almost unlimited volume of material. We offer the product of highest quality, meeting the requirements of the norm PN-S-02205:1998 Motor Roads, Earthworks, Requirements and Tests, consultancy in the field of building-in technology, just in time logistic system of deliveries or the system matching individual needs of a customer.

To advantages of embankments based on silicious aggregate belong:

• lower transportation costs as the bulk density of natural aggregate is much bigger than the one of silicious aggregate (the difference is about 30 %),
• lower costs of embankment construction caused by smaller (up to 30%) amounts of silicious aggregate needed in comparison to natural aggregate,
• lower costs of building the material into the embankment as a result of simplicity of compacting (lower work-expenditure of heavy equipment)
• smaller mass of embankment causing lower risk of embankment settlement after its finishing,
• increase of strength caused by progressing with time processes of hardening.

Renevis has done numerous tests in the field of CCP application in constructing banks and therefore has obtained the necessary experience. We are able to design and carry out:

• constructing and repairing flood banks,
• constructing reservoir embankments, e.g. waste disposals,
• constructing embankments in sport objects, e.g. stands.
